The “2016 Marketing Leaders Benchmark” is the largest benchmarking exercise to date among our audience, the majority of whom (82%) are Directors or Head of Marketing. In total we received a little shy of 100 responses from the leading firms in law (56%) and accountancy (20%) with the remainder a mix of property firms, consultancy firms and other professional services firms.
Of those that took part, almost half are from national firms, a third from either global or multinational firms and the remainder are leaders of regional or single office firms.
This diversity of views give a real snapshot of the world of professional services marketing in 2016.
