At this roundtable breakfast we will be looking at client insights and feedback from the technological perspective, with a focus on the automation of reporting and analytics. The session will also discuss how advanced data visualisation tools can be used to support the communication of insights through the use of portals and dashboards.
Meridian Wests’ Ben Kent will lead the discussion and also share best practice, including methodologies for increasing volumes of feedback, and how personalisation can be used to create reports targeted at different internal audiences.
We will also be joined by Ken Brewster, a Director at data visualisation SaaS platform provider Dapresy. He will be demonstrating the tool, showing how it can be used to create engaging, insightful online dashboards and reports.

The Client Insight Club (CIC) is an informal group for professionals with a shared interest in Client Management and Engagement within professional services firms – typically people in Client Insight or Feedback, Business Development or Marketing positions. It provides an opportunity to meet with peers, share best practice and discuss areas of relevant interest in an informal environment.
Topics covered are varied but future sessions are likely to look at areas including Client Journey Mapping, digital automation and changing mindsets of fee earners to become more commercial and client focused.
