PSMG: How marketers can respond effectively to strategic change in the legal sector

Tuesday 7 November 2017
12:00 - 14:00

Led by Alastair Beddow of Meridian West and Milan Dalal of Brook Intelligence Centre, this interactive, scenario-based workshop is designed to get you quickly up to speed with the major trends transforming the legal sector and how you can shape your firm’s strategic response alongside senior management.

During the workshop Ben, Alastair and Milan will:

• Map out the strategic issues facing law firms based on recent Meridian West and Brook research and interviews with other market experts;
• Walk you through a scenario of a typical law firm to show how these issues play out in practice;
• Facilitate discussion and exercises designed to help you think about the role of marketing and business development in addressing these challenges; and
• Help you to understand opportunities for leading cross-function projects with HR, finance and operations colleagues.

Attendees will also be able to sign-up for a post-workshop consultation session with a Meridian West and Brook Intelligence Centre expert to help you map the trends and next steps for your own firm.
