Andy is a senior consultant working with Founders, CEOs, Sales and Marketing Heads, and Boards across clients, strategy and communications, primarily in the wealth and asset management sector.

Drawing on 25 years experience in-house in asset management businesses and as a consultant (including at Man, UBS, GAM, Schroders) his work includes:

• client feedback, client journey, customer acquisition
• market positioning, and sales and brand strategy
• thought leadership campaigning and ESG narrative development

Andy is also a NED for an ESG-focussed investment management business and a frequent commentator on wealth and asset management challenges and opportunities. And is a member of the advisory board to Future of Finance, a forum for incumbents and challengers exploring how the financial services industry can grow faster by being more innovative.
