Anna is a B2B relationship marketing expert who helps businesses strengthen relationships with their clients and prospects through events, client feedback programmes and campaigns. She has over ten years’ experience in a professional services environment and has worked in-house for Deloitte and BDO.
At Deloitte Anna was responsible for its flagship thought leadership programme which aimed to position the firm as the adviser of choice to the public sector in the UK. She also arranged a number of events which enabled partners and other senior members of staff to network and build relationships with their clients and prospects.
During her time at BDO Anna was responsible for the firm’s ‘Exceptional Client Service’ agenda which encompassed a number of internal and external initiatives which positioned BDO as the market leader in the area of service. She undertook a three-month secondment to BDO India where she designed and delivered client service training to partners and staff and began to embed a strong client service ethos in the firm.
Anna was a member of the PM Forum London committee and spoke at a number of their events, she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Marketer.
