Claire is a marketing and business development professional with more than 14 years’ experience working with (and in) global and regional law firms. Claire combines her deep industry knowledge, strategic vision and wide-ranging experience to create positive lasting change for the organisations she works with. Claire supports professional services firms by advising on the creation and implementation of marketing and business development strategy. She is also passionate about engaging professionals in the process and uses a combination of training and coaching to create engaged and motivated professionals. Claire is the founder of Client Talk and was formerly Head of Marketing and Business Development at a leading Regional Law Firm.
Claire is a qualified solicitor, with a degree in law from Cambridge University, she is an accredited coach (EMCC) and holds a postgraduate degree in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.
