David is a recent addition to Meridian West having joined the firm after a full-time career spent in a range of strategy, marketing and planning positions. He is widely recognised for his experience and expertise in global client relationship management strategies and associated business-wide management processes, including global account management.
David’s career culminated in 25 years’ service at Citigroup’s Global Corporate Bank, and also incorporated a 4 year period at McKinsey, the management consultancy.
David’s last position at Citi was Global Head of Strategic Marketing – a role he held for over 15 years. In this position, he had responsibility for the design and implementation of the strategic marketing and client relationship management processes through which Citi served its clients globally. As a member of the Operating committee of the firm he also worked with his line management colleagues to identify and address the most significant opportunities and challenges facing the business around the world. He originally joined Citi in 1991 as Head of Marketing and Planning for their UK subsidiary.
