DEVON THOMAS

A transplant from the upper Midwest of the US, Devon comes to Meridian West from healthcare business operations, where she worked with finance and staffing analytics, patient feedback, and process improvement. Prior to that, Devon spent over 10 years in professional services support in both the legal and accounting industries.

With her unique and diverse background, Devon brings in-depth knowledge of client listening and client experience within professional services firms in the US, applying these skills to projects in her new home and abroad.

Devon works with clients of Meridian West such as PwC UK, US, and Canada; Hogan Lowells; and BNP Paribas Real Estate; providing data and analysis services.

Devon received a Master of Business Administration, with her final capstone project being titled “The Link Between Corporate Social Responsibility and Profit in the Technology Industry” with a focus on the US and UK. She also possesses a BA in English Literature & Composition, being a writer, editor, and board member for the student newspaper during her time at university.
