Grace is a consultant at Meridian West, providing guidance on client-centric strategy and skills development to professional services firms.
Most recently, Grace has worked with firms including Grant Thornton, GVA and Bidwells. She collaborates with clients to create bespoke skills development workshops that enable better business outcomes. Through thought leadership, she focusses on synthesising insight that will lead to actionable change and improved client service.
Grace has experience in conducting c-suite interviews from her past role with executive head-hunter Egon Zehnder, working with a range of clients in the financial services sector. She also previously worked in business development at Education Development Trust, where she contributed to large scale bids for international projects funded by agencies such as DFID or USAID.
Grace has an MPhil in Development Studies from Cambridge University and a BA from Vassar College in New York.
