JOHN ROWLEY

Originally qualified and practicing in UK taxation in the Civil Service, John moved into consultancy and worked for a couple of global consultancy businesses, latterly as a director in the London office of a ‘Big 4’ consulting firm.

Throughout his career John has taken a keen interest in process improvement. In over 20 years of working as a consultant, and in collaboration with professional institutes, he has contributed to furthering project and programme management capability in the professional services and legal sectors in the UK and beyond.

Since 2009 John has worked as an independent consultant, and associate to Meridian West, running major projects and programmes, advising professional firms and corporate functions on their project management capabilities and helping them to streamline their client-facing processes in order to improve their profitability and their client experience.

Many of John’s recent projects involve mapping and improving processes for complex, multi-jurisdictional practice areas within professional firms and their clients.
