Jon is Associate Director with Meridian West and is a full-service market research professional, specialising in CX and strategic research projects. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in the research sector including time building and managing market research call centres, managing data collection projects, and leading an insight team.
A strong believer in the power of mixed methods research, Jon develops and runs both quantitative and qualitative research projects including client listening and strategic research utilising a wide range of research methodologies.
At Meridian West, most recently, he has been involved in projects for clients such as the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA), LCP, Zedra and Control Risks.
Jon has an MSc in Social Research Methods and Statistics and BA (Hons) in History, both from the University of Manchester.
