PETER VAUGHAN-FOWLER

Peter is a Consultant at Meridian West. Prior to joining the Meridian West team, he was an Operations Team Lead at a London-based start-up, supporting the scaling-up of core business functions including Customer Success and Onboarding. In this role, Peter oversaw the evolution of the Operations team from 7 to 30 members and was involved in talent acquisition and development.

Peter completed the Teach First Leadership Development Programme, working for 3 years as a secondary school Teacher at an inner-city school in East London. Through this, he graduated with a PGDE from University College London, which focused on qualitative classroom-based action research. As a result, Peter is passionate about education and particularly interested in harnessing his experiences in the classroom within the realm of professional development.

Peter provides day-to-day project management and analysis support. Most recently, he has delivered client listening and thought leadership projects to a wide range of Meridian West clients, including PwC, Hogan Lovells, Osborne Clarke, Control Risks, HLB and JLL.
