Stefanie is a Partner at Venturis Consulting Group and has been working in the legal industry for 25 years and in the non-profit area for more than 10 years. In the legal market, her focus is on developing strategies to achieve and sustain profitable revenue growth aligning law firms' objectives with client expectations and needs and creating the organisational structures to achieve this. Stefanie combines client and market insight and sound commercial judgement with a profound understanding of how legal partnerships operate in Germany, across Europe and at a global level.
Roy Pearce
Roy is an English solicitor. He was formerly a partner in the London and overseas offices of Baker McKenzie and has more than 25 years of experience covering corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures and investments, corporate governance and commercial litigation. He has been extensively involved in training and mentoring lawyers for many years and currently works as a consultant and board adviser. He attended Cambridge University and the College of Law in London.
