Overview
Most firms collect client feedback. Most firms also produce thought leadership. Far fewer connect the two.
Client listening is becoming more commercial and more targeted. Done well, it surfaces the issues clients are wrestling with, the challenges keeping them up at night and the questions they wish their advisers would answer. That is exactly the raw material thought leadership needs. But when feedback sits with client experience teams and content sits with marketing, those insights rarely reach the people shaping the firm’s go-to-market message.
This breakfast roundtable explores what stops firms joining the two up, and how some have started to close the gap.
We’ll look at how they build thought leadership that is client-centred, tailored to real commercial priorities, and refreshed in a continuous cycle rather than produced as a one-off.
This session is for client experience and client-service leads as much as for business development and marketing professionals.
