We will be looking at Reward Gateway’s Economic Value Study. It’s a great example of using research and personalising results to engage with a specific audiences. To date, the campaign has generated 40,000 social media impressions and contributed to £2.25 million in pipeline value. The research was a critical part of Reward Gateway’s ‘The Power of Appreciation’ campaign, now a finalist in the B2B Marketing Awards.

We speak to Alex Powell, Director of Client Cultural Insights at Reward Gateway and will be discussing the role of research in underpinning the narrative, how personalisation techniques can drive engagement with a campaign, and strategies for maximising return on investment in thought leadership campaigns.
