A client listening programme is a structured way to collect and act on client feedback. In order to treat this as a strategic growth pillar of the business, it involves regular feedback collection through meetings, surveys, and in-depth interviews. All this require a clear ownership for gathering and analysing the input in order to turn feedback into actionable improvements. Success depends on making it systematic and ensuring feedback leads to meaningful changes, in other terms getting buy in from all stakeholders involved.
